Every student has unique needs! Many find that one hour-long session each week is sufficient – however, we recommend that these options be discussed with the tutor during an initial trial session. 

Local tutoring can be conducted at our Bridgewater, VA center, in the student’s home, or in a quiet public space such as the library. The logistical options will be discussed during an initial conversation with your tutor. Virtual tutoring is offered across grade levels and subject areas. Many people appreciate the flexibility that virtual tutoring provides from the comfort of your own home!

We are always looking for qualified tutors to join our team! We may not currently have a need for your subject area of expertise, but applicants are welcome to fill out an application to keep on file. You can find the direct link to apply HERE.

We offer in-person tutoring at our Bridgewater, VA center and surrounding towns in the Shenandoah Valley. However, we have several active tutors working in other areas. For more specific tutor locations, please reference our updated tutor roster. We recommend you contact us to ask about the local availability for your student’s specific needs.
